1:1 Earthed Health Mentorship
During the 1:1 Holistic Health Mentorship, I help you cultivate and maintain health in a way that is tailored to your individual needs.
To do so, we will work through physical, mental, and social aspects of your life, meeting at least one time per week (online and/or in person).
We will evaluate how the various decisions you make hinder, influence and favor one another, to then elaborate techniques and behavioral patterns that enhance and secure your overall wellbeing long-term.
I recommend to set the duration of the mentorship to at least 3 months to ensure covering all important topics and you having enough time to sustainably implement the respective changes.
What I offer:
Earthed Health Self-Paced Course
In the online course, you will work on the same topics that are covered in my 1:1 Holistic Health Mentorship, yet the educational information is mainly provided through video recordings that you can work through at your own pace.
After purchasing the course, I grant you with access to an online learning portal. Here, you find the recorded material which is backed up with a comprehensive e-book supporting you to implement the mindset and lifestyle changes.
There is also an online community forum to post your questions and to connect with other women that are on the same journey as you. There are bi-weekly group-calls as well so you can ask your questions in a more personal frame.


Permaculture Design Consultation
During a permaculture consultation, I assist you with the development of your property, focusing on incorporating the fundamentals of permaculture and regenerative landscape design.
From selecting the right plants and optimizing water and energy use, to helping you become fundamentally experienced in reading the landscape, the whole consultation will be crafted to your needs, resources and personal set of skills.
Working together, we will create a harmonious living space that benefits both you, your loved, as well as the ecosystem around you. My aim is to thereby cultivate confidence in yourself so you can develop other property in a more self-paced manner in the future.
