1:1 Holistic Health Mentorship
First things first:
What is holistic health and why is it so important?
Health is a harmonious composition of physical, mental, and social aspects that all are interdependent and interlinked.
It's why I believe that it's best to cultivate them all together, and it actually happens quite naturally as soon as we aim for the "better"...
For example, once we start improving our physical wellbeing by choosing healthier foods and exercising consistently, our mood and energy start to rise, enhancing our emotional and therefore our mental well-being.
In turn, a positive mental state improves our interactions and relationships, as we start engaging in them from a more self-centered and vital point of view.
Healthier relationships in turn foster the development of a strong and versatile support network, containing people that we love and feel loved by and that encourage us to stick to our healthy lifestyle choices and to evolve beyond our own expectations.
It can be an upward spiral once we find a way to let that happen.
And obviously, this upward spiral is something worth to strive for as it enables us to look out for those around us while we're looking out for our own in a way that creates true, as we witness a process of consistent growth, expansion, and evolution.
How I used this approach to structure my 1:1 Holistic Health Mentorship:
As said: To me, health is a harmonious composition of physical, mental, and social elements which are all interdependent and interlinked. We cannot work on one without causing the other to adapt, and vice versa.
And while there are many different ways to cultivate health, I found approaching it firstly from the physical side to be the most powerful and rewarding. I can say so from personal experience, from my work with clients, and also taking into consideration the observations of modern science.
Our body is where it all begins. The laughter. The joy. The thoughts. The grief.
It all starts within.
That's why during the 1:1 Mentorship that I offer, you're pretty much working on you health from the inside out, starting with the physical, moving to the mental and finally, the social elements in your life.
The beneficial changes you sustainably implement along the way are each time based on a good foundation of what you've been working throu before.
And while there's always space for individual needs and adjustments, the journey of a 1:1 Mentorship of 3 months with me usually looks somewhat like this:
Phase 1 : Physical Health
Phase 2: Mental Health
Phase 3: Social Health
As said, there's always space for your personal needs and adjustments. We can add topics that you're keen to discuss with me (check my ABOUT page to see my educational and personal background), and we can do so at whatever point in the Mentorship. I respect that there's no one-size-fits-all solution, and I am further grateful for any inspiration potentially coming from you.
When it comes to pricing, that is pretty much a negotiable, depending on your resources, the duration of the mentorship and individual calls etc. Generally, I ask in advance what you can invest, to then craft an experience with and for you that compromises your and my individual situation.
